Villa sea front, on the famous beach named Rio Verde. Still wild, and known as the environment for natural rest. Few tourists. Still deserted. Excellent for beach walks, either south or north.

The house has 06 suites, with accommodation for up to 14 people. With decoration and construction characteristic of the village of Trancoso. So with a quiet atmosphere, well equipped, rustic and comfortable.

The main house has on the ground floor a social area, which ranges from the solarium overlooking the ocean, barbecue, balcony with chaises and hammocks, living room, a super cozy American pantry and the kitchen. There are two suites on the ground floor as well. Still in the main house, on the upper floor is the master suite with sea views.

On the other block of the houses are three other suites.
The house still has a laundry room, garage, photovoltaic grid system.

The location of this villa is privileged. Being between the deserted beach of natural pools (to the south), and some beach clubs (to the north). It is also possible to walk to the Quadrado.
