This extraordinary oceanfront home is situated along the coastal beach road, just one-and-a-half miles south of the cliffside ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum and within walking distance to some of Tulum’s top restaurants.

This spectacular beach villa will leave you breathless. Walk in and have a view directly through the home to a private swimming pool situated in front of the Caribbean. Enjoy cocktails or a swim and watch the rolling waves. It’s about as peaceful and serene as it can get! The breezy, sun-drenched palapa creates the perfect atmosphere for quiet contemplation, romance, or entertaining guests. Go out and soak up the sun, swim in the surf and snorkel one of the best areas in Tulum, or stargaze at night on the deck with the sounds of the waves, the breeze in your hair, and a glass of wine.
