Located in a paradisiac area, the house designed by Thiago Bernardes has the complete infrastructure, with comfort and privacy, in a 220 meters private beach. Additionally, it has exclusive access by boat or helicopter.

The spectacular architectural details of wood structures, natural fibers and the transparency of wide glass doors and large windows provided natural light smooth that enriches the stay.

The bay view from decks and living room has his privacy assured by restricted access at this private beach. The fancy and simple decoration completes the perfect scenery that turns any moment in a special one.

The attached house was built to accommodate guests, children or even special staff such as security, personal assistant, chef. It has a living room and 02 suites. It is located right above the main house. It has 02 different accesses: directly up from the main house or down from the beach.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
