Originally built in the early 20th century as a cherished family summer home, this lovingly restored landmark now welcomes guests with the intimacy of a private residence and the refinement of a boutique villa. Many of the property’s original features have been carefully preserved or reimagined, from ornate Moorish shutters and ceiling patterns, to handcrafted wood flooring, vintage chandeliers, and an iconic sweeping staircase—each element telling a story of the Algarve’s rich cultural past.

Main House:

Guest House (Annex):

A fresh and breezy duplex with a serene aesthetic—whitewashed wood floors, colourful touches, and relaxed design. The upper floor features a suite with private terrace and ensuite bathroom, while the ground floor hosts a studio-style bedroom with its own shower room and living space.

Outdoor Living

Built directly into the historic seawall, the oceanfront terrace offers an immersive experience—where the line between land and sea disappears. Ideal for intimate gatherings, wellness rituals, or quiet contemplation, the space includes a heated outdoor pool, sun terrace, and a wellness area complete with a treatment room and sauna.
