Bah100 - House on the beach in Itapororoca beach

Cozy house, with swimming pool, illuminated, right on the sand, on Itapororoca beach. It is the first within the Itapororoca Condominium, just two kilometers from the Historic Square of Trancoso, 100 meters from the Rio Verde. The land has a coconut grove full of other species of native vegetation, has a surface area of 12,400 m² and 80 meters of beach front.

The main house, located 30 meters from the sea, has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites, all with air conditioning.

The master suite, with king-size bed, bathroom with jacuzzi; 2 bedrooms with single beds, which share the same bathroom and 2 suites with king size beds and balcony.

The dining room with a table for 12 people. Full kitchen, with ice maker, pizza oven, to make the most of your stay.

The main living room and dining room have glass doors that open onto a balcony followed by a large wooden deck with a huge solarium sofa. The house surrounds an open courtyard with grass and coconut trees. From the main deck there is a staircase that goes down to the lawn and another that goes up to a viewpoint covered by a piassava, where there is a sofa, armchairs and a bar whose view encompasses the sea from Praia dos Coqueiros (north side) to Ponta de Itapororoca (South side).

A part of the gazebo where there is another solarium sofa is open to the sky. Under the gazebo there is another room that can be used as an additional room or for games and relaxation where there is a ping-pong table. Near the path to the beach there is a fresh water shower.

The guest house, with total privacy, has 2 suites, all with king size bed and air conditioning.

Surrounded by large balconies and a deck that contains two solarium sofas, kitchen with refrigerator, 4-burner stove and cable TV.

The house also offers beach support with towels, chairs and sun loungers.
