Besides its natural attractions, such as coconut groves, dunes, coves and the wind that makes it one of the best kitesurfing destinations in Brazil. Its friendly village retains the rustic and human warmth of an authentic fishing colony and offers a growing gastronomic scene with good regional cuisine and some with a French touch. The village is known for its famous escargots festival.

The house is especially privileged for a convergence of 3 aspects:
